These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Cold Start’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of such provision.
